A.N.D.E.S.: a national platform for steward management

The client
A.N.D.E.S. is an association founded in 2007 with more than one hundred and thirty delegates throughout Italy, who are responsible for security in almost all stadiums in the country.
Objective
A.N.D.E.S. wanted a platform where stewards and security delegates could get in touch, to find and select staff faster.
The solution
We created the national steward register, a digital meeting point between demand for staff and supply.
There are three types of users: stewards, security delegates and training schools. Schools upload and certify the certificates of individual stewards.
Development
The platform has a Ruby on Rails backend, with a PostgreSQL database for steward and delegate data, and a Vue.js interface.
Steward
Stewards can register on the platform, enter their details, upload their certificates and print the steward's professional booklet.
Security delegates
Security delegates can upload past and future sporting events and enter lists of stewards who attended a given event.
