Duzzle: development and maintenance of a furniture e-commerce

Duzzle is a furniture e-commerce website offering handcrafted products with great attention to detail and design lines.

The catalogue is very wide and includes both indoor and outdoor furniture items at advantageous prices.

Our customer combines the versatility of its products with the convenience of purchasing directly online.

Together with the Duzzle team, we set ourselves precise objectives: refresh the look of the online shop, improve the customer's path through the site, make purchasing more immediate and increase transactions.

First, we enriched the e-commerce pages, from categories to product pages, with more content and information.

We then sped up the checkout and added filters and search.

We integrated several applications and built custom features. In particular, we handled the integration with Scalapay and Clerk, which is also visible to the end user. Another integration concerns Qapla', the shipping software from which paid orders on the platform are dispatched. Finally, we integrated Klaviyo and migrated the transactional and marketing emails to it.

We also created various customisations, mainly on the product pages, which change according to the type of item.

We moved the shop from Shopify to Spree Commerce, on Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL, without interrupting sales.
